Cancellations made with adequate notice are fully refundable with no penalties. Last-minute cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee or non-refundable deposit equal to a portion of the agreed-upon rate, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. I'm flexible and will work with you to reschedule whenever possible, but advance notice allows me to respect both your commitment and my availability.
